The Persian walnut spread to Central Europe during the Bronze Age, likely from the Balkans or Central Asia. In our country, they were already being used in the early Middle Ages, just like hazelnuts.

They have a sweet taste and a warm nature. They tonify the kidneys, moisten the intestines, and support libido and memory.

They support the warming of the kidneys and lungs. They are used for involuntary seminal emission, for asthma, and for the intestines – they lubricate them.
