Salmon is a predatory migratory fish that can live not only in salt water but also in fresh water. Until the end of the 19th century, it was an important fish that inhabited our waters and was widely fished; unfortunately, due to deteriorating conditions, dams, etc., it disappeared from our waters.

It has a high protein and omega-3 fatty acid content, and also contains vitamins D, B6, B3, and B12.

It is served boiled, baked, grilled, or raw as sushi.

It has a sweet and salty taste and a warm nature. It benefits the spleen, stomach, kidneys, and bladder. It is suitable for a winter diet due to its warm nature. It supports the production of blood and energy, especially for the spleen and kidneys.
