The seeds of this apple, which originates from paradise and are rich in fat, are used dried, either whole or crushed, in various mixtures and sauces, especially in Asia. The Georgian national dish – kupaty – cannot do without these seeds.

The seeds are of a warm nature and sour taste, and they support the retention of fluids.
