  • heart, liver and kidneys (lungs, triple burner)

Effects:

  • qing Re Jie Du

  • harmonises other Yao (Sheng)
  • bu Qi
  • stops spasms (Zhi)
  • stops cough

Dosage:

  • 1 – 15 g, standardly 3 g

Contraindications:

  • not suitable for excessive dampness, fullness in the abdomen and chest, and vomiting
